Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is stepping down from party leadership in congress after nearly 20 years. Pelosi was the first ever woman to be the speaker of the house, and will leave the Democrats with some big shoes to fill in leadership. Stefano Fendrich has the story.

On September 16th, 22-year-old Masa Amini died at the hands of the Iranian morality police. Amini’s death sparked a movement in Iran calling for awareness of human rights abuses occurring in the country.
