This episode was brought to you as many people have discovered the strain of coming out of lockdown, only to find the same daily living has not changed. It seems that the struggle is far greater than when they were confined to level 3 & 4 and were totally dependant of themselves. Making their own decisions and choices for heir daily routine. The realisation of things being tough outside their own little world.   For many the joy of discovering themselves and knowing their wants and desires,what worked for them and not, became a journey of self discovery, only to be lost once the pressures of the demands of daily life were brought back. 

I hope this meditation will bring a little magic to you all.

This meditation came to me 2 days before we went into Level 2 Covid-19 Lockdown in New Zealand.
