Acceptance is the answer to ALL of my problems today. When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing or situation- some fact of my life- unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing, or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment.

"MYOB" ! Minding Your Own Business discusses what it means (from personal perspective) to cut out meaningless conversations, relationships and behaviors that distract, with the potential to drain our attention and energy. This can cause us to lose focus of what’s important in designing our best lives.

The purpose of Episode #3 is to evoke thought , and start conversation . This week's topic discusses forgiveness and what that means for me. I also present the following question: Do situations that we feel call for forgiveness arise in our lives to teach us about ourselves or other people?

Episode 2 revisits the conversation starter presented in Episode 1 Self-love vs (Self)Fear . Episode 2 then presents the question:How do you define success? Do you define success based on societies standards or have you created your own?
