This edition features stories on Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick ordered up to 1,000 National Guard members to support civilian authorities after tornadoes caused property damage and power outages across the state on June 1, 12 World War II veterans sharing their memories and experiences with some of their fellow veterans at Bassinbourn Barracks, an Airmen training a joint team of service members at Vandenberg Air Force Base for a 10 to 12 mile obstacle course competition, and Lajes Field Airmen and their families receiving a special visit from a couple of beauty queens during a block party celebrating the beginning of summer.
