Around the Horn with Jessie and Katherine

EMERGENCY EPISODE out on the streets of San Francisco.

In this episode we talk about the MLB World Series and as Katherine why Jessie always routes for the National League.

But what even is the National League? Does it have to do with big brothers and little brothers? Patriotism? Let's find out what Katherine has to say about it.

We have a little beef with the limited merch selection at Dick's and have inspiration for a new business opportunity. And the term of the day - Little League Home Run. Does it involve animals or calls from your mom? Is it sad, nostalgic, funny? Listen to find out.

The Firebells are leading the WPBL standings after 7 games! Woo hoo.

And in today's episode we wonder, "Did he go?"

This is a question we might hear an announcer ask when listening to the game. Did he... leave? Did he go to the bathroom? What else could it mean?

Listen to find out!

Jessie and Katherine return with a third installment! Updates about the WPBL include the names of the 4 teams - San Francisco Fireballs, New York Heights, Los Angeles Queens and the Boston Hunters. We also learn about the top 4 draft picks, names to watch out for.

Episode Two, ALREADY!

In our second episode the sound is better. Phew.

And we learn about the basic structure of the WPBL, looking forward to the start of the season in a few weeks.

Katherine bring her own term and maybe stumps Jessie? Some research might be necessary for episode 3.

And Jessie brings a term based on something they witnessed at an actual game just the day before, a dropped third strike. They didn't get into all of the details of the rule but we get the gist of it.
