Halloween isn’t all about candy and pumpkins. Unfortunately, 17% more crime is committed on Halloween. And violent crime is 50% higher on Halloween than any other day of the year.

Halloween can also bring out the sinister nature of people, resulting in senseless and brutal murders. Which brings us to today’s case. This one has a lot going on: a Halloween party, a wrongful conviction, and an unsolved murder. Let’s head to Redmond, Washington back in 2008.
