We all have a story of how we arrived in Grief City. In this first episode, I wanted to share how I found myself in this strange, yet beautiful place. I tragically lost my Dad in 2021. The journey to Grief City was long, exhausting, and upon arrival, I suddenly felt alone.

We find that we are not alone when we share our stories and grief.
