Join me on another solo episode recorded deep into the night when the moon was last in Scorpio. I reflect deeply upon welcomed changes to different aspects of life having stepped away from all kinds of group-think and group-speak, how it has positively affected my relationships and friendships and how much more relaxed life feels when lived organically.

I share vulnerably and make light on the ways I entered these containerised group spaces and group-think modality-tanks searching for rules to lead life by, how I ended up using these systemised methods of understanding self as yet another stringent yardstick to measure (or in my case, berate) life’s experiences, quality, success and fulfilment and how limiting it eventually became.

On that note, I outline the different rehabilitation stages of healing and the necessary use of temporary scaffolding structures to support and guide our homecoming, with a timely reminder to not lose one’s identity, worth and personhood in the rabbit hole of trying, proving, searching and fixing.

I also share candidly about my longtime childhood love of nighttime for clarity of thought and my continual unfolding journey navigating life guided more and more by intuition, trust and relaxed intention.

Happy Full Moon in Pisces! I am so excited to be sharing this today as it was exactly twelve moons ago since my very first ever podcast interview got aired!

In this solo episode, I pick up on where I left off from Ep 1 on stepping intentionally back from rigidity, discipline and consistency. I touch on the Akashic Records, reflections of my journey there, past-life fears of being persecuted for speaking (read: burnt at the stake) and how a resurgence and accumulation of mental loop patterns culminated into a potent yet hilariously synchronistic half-day power outage experience that transformed my energy from serious doubt and frustration into clarity. Spoiler alert: car rego plates make a resounding feature, and so does tiramisu!
