It's not been an easy walk. In fact, in 2011 when I challenged myself to lose 50 pounds by 50 years in age, I had no clue what I was getting into. In 2025 that weight loss has no stretched to nearly 70 pounds lost. Along the path you begin to realize that getting control of your weight isn't just about eating the right food, what are you thinking and how are you allowing your thoughts to move through your mind body and soul?
