ARSENAL ABOVE ALL

Daniel James (@CharmerMusic) joins Michael Harris (@Chopperh5791) to discuss the huge win against treble-winners Manchester City in the high-stakes Premier League chess game at the Emirates.

We share our takes on the line-up and David Raya's 1st half display and if it affected the atmosphere and the performance at the start.

Did Michael Oliver's incompetence in not sending Kovacic off spark the team and the stadium off to complete the resolute display?

We also discuss Bukayo Saka's injury, the performance from the back four, the incredible substitutions from Arteta and of course Martinelli's vital strike at the death... and a bit of symmetry.

Plus lots more - Thanks for watching/listening!

Stephen Osakwe (@callmestepney) joins Michael Harris (@chopperh5791) to discuss the disappointing result against RC Lens in the Champions League Matchday 2. Why were we so flat in the 2nd half? Did it have to do with the schedule and the squad's fitness?

Does Arteta really trust his squad? Who is surprised Saka got injured? How long will be be out for?

Havertz flatters to deceive again - will Arteta play him up front against City and if so what does that say about Arteta's project to turn him into the left 8 midfielder?

We discuss this and lots more - Thanks for listening!

Did the Champions League exploits hinder the performance today?

Why are our players picking up injuries so frequently?

Why is our defensive record at home so bad? Did we lose focus after taking the lead both times? We also discuss what options are available to Mikel Arteta in regards to rotation for the Carabao Cup against Brentford and lots more.

Michael Harris (@chopperh5791) is joined by Neil Shah (@gooner_70ns) and Brian Haley (@brianhaley1971) to discuss the deserved win in the Premier League over the struggling Toffeemen on Sunday.

How big a miss will Martinelli's dynamism be to the attack in what will be a testing month of fixtures that ends with the visit of the treble-winners Manchester City?

Will Trossard soften the blow?

Is Aaron Ramsdale out in the cold now or will Arteta set a new trend in rotating keepers regardless of the fixture?

We have a look ahead to the return to the Champions League against PSV on Wednesday night and if there will be much rotation.

Finally, we await the visit of our neighbours and discuss the situation with ESR and lots more!

We discuss the line-up which saw the return of Gabriel and Zinchenko and if Partey's injury influenced Mikel Arteta's decision to revert to last season's back four.

Also:

▪️ The performance and why we were so passive in the 1st half.

▪️ VAR - were the correct calls made? Ten Hag's nonsense take

▪️ Is it time for Arteta to take Havertz out the firing line, especially with a tough game away at Goodison to come.

Michael Harris (@chopperh5791) is joined by James Johnstone (@llcooljames91) to discuss the shambolic 2-2 draw this afternoon at the carpet against Fulham.

Has Arteta bitten off more than he can chew with the Havertz experiment and does he need to press the reset button and revert to the system that almost won us the league last season?

What does Fabio Vieira's cameo do to Havertz and ESR's playing time? - Will the young England midfielder be sold or go on loan before the transfer window closes? What about Gabriel? Will he still be an Arsenal player come September 1st?

We pick apart the shocking defending that led to both Fulham goals which had Saka's fingerprints all over them and look ahead to the visit of bitter rivals Manchester United in the Premier League Classico - plus lots more!

Michael Harris (@chopperh5791) is joined by Neil Shah (@gooner_70ns) and debutant Melvyn Marks (@melvynmarks) to discuss the fallout after Arsenal's battling-win over Crystal Palace on Monday Night Football in the Premier League.

We ponder the incompetence of match official David Coote and the PGMOL who seem to have recruited Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville in their PR drive.

We talk about the big incidents that almost cost us the points which was the ridiculous 2nd yellow card for Tomiyasu, why shouldn't you be able to challenge the decision, taking tips from other sports in how to officiate the game consistently and if Arteta is slightly over-thinking his team selections or is it all part of a plan that will go BANG!

Finally, we make our predictions for the Fulham game at the Emirates on Saturday and lots more!

Michael Harris (@chopperh5791) is joined by Daniel James (@charmermusic) and Stephen Osakwe (@callmestepney) to discuss Arsenal's win over Nottingham Forest in the delayed Premier League curtain-raiser at the Emirates Stadium.

Hear our takes on the embarrassing ticketing situation which caused the delay and if it affected the fans and players.

Did Mikel Arteta overthink things with his line-up and could he have done more to inject more energy to get the third goal before Forest scored theirs?

We also talk about Jurrien Timber's performance which led to his injury and what our options are if he is out for a sustained period of time.

Finally we look ahead to our visit to Selhurst Park to face the Zaha-less, but still dangerous, Crystal Palace on Monday Night Football plus lots more!
