With just 4 days to the champions league our focus is drifting east to Budapest. It's still early to know anything about the teams and we are thinking about the game.

Doesn't mean we don't have moments to enjoy from the last few days.

With nothing on the game the main thing was to avoid injury getting a positive result a nice to have but the meat of the day was simply to get the trophy back into our hands.

It was a beautiful moment full of joy and tears and wonderful memories I saw the haters try stuff I didn't even care I will have a day of catching up on content before we build up to the champions league final on Saturday.

Its been 22 years 8,044 days and 836 games since we were presented the premier league trophy in 2004, the wait is over around 6pm today Arsenal premier league campaign will end with a trophy presentation to our captain Martin Odergaard.

In the aftermath of Arsenal winning the league I have turned my focus to our champions league final opponents PSG.

To discuss them and their season I have been joined by Alex founder of the PSG Ireland supporters club.

We all knew Mikel has been cooking with this squad for a while and we finally got the Well Done fillet of the Premier League title on Tuesday night.

The boss left the training ground and went home before the Bournemouth game and started cooking on his BBQ and distracted himself from the game to be given the news that Arsenal had become champions by his tearful ten year old boy, a moment I am sure he and his family will cherish forever.

Aside from that the squad came back for a light training session and champions league press conference ahead of next weeks Champions League final.

We are Champions and the man who lead us there brought us a long long way, fixed many things that were broken and created the foundations for Arsenal to step into the upper levels of the league.

It's been 22 long years, there is a generation of Arsenal fans that don't know what it's like to celebrate a league title.......they do now!

After Man City failed to beat Bournemouth (Some may even say bottled it) Arsenal were crowned Champions of England for the 14th time!

In todays episode I try and gather enough thoughts to make some sense, I thought of the suffering of Arsene Wenger, the courage and commitment of Mikel Arteta and that the Emirates stadium which often seemed devoid of history is now the home of the 2025/26 Champions Arsenal Football club.

Arsenal made us suffer through to a 1 nil victory with no room for error and the tension was palpable across the Gunnersphere. Kai Havertz with a header from a Saka corner set piece FC strikes again.

Beyond that we are likely to be blamed for driving Pep out of the premier league with our margins football but let us revel in the moment as we try and become champions for the first time in 22 long years

It's match day and Arsenal are at home to Burnley knowing two wins and they are champions for the first time in 22 long and painful years.

While we are heavy favourites for the game there are considerations around team selection with the champions league final at play.
