In this episode, artists Rachel, Julie, and Stephanie just chat about whether they use or view art as therapy.  In Jules' case she didn't turn to art to help her healing.  The point of the episode to say that it is ok to NOT turn to art for therapy - there is absolutely no right way to grieve or handle what is going on in your mind and body.  Find your way.
