A reminder that flexibility is the 'mindkiller' of mental pressure, offering more ease and healing - especially when extra challenging. A reminder that 'tis the season to break the damn rules.
Let's call this ... how I learned my power and let this be a reminder that your power to learn, live, and grow in a way limitless and uniquely your own is found when looked at and listened, ultimately, to YOU.
Let this episode be a reminder to anyone in chronic pain (of any kind: physical, mental, or emotional) and feeling alone and hopeless, of the need for rest and something a little girl reminded me of ... the power of play and believing.
Sharing my recent physical healing journey and how it reminded me of, The Middle Way, how life is often found in the grey. It's not black or white, but, hell, so much color. That the 'being' is in the doing and not doing, taking control and letting go of what we can't control. How finding both can offer more ease and gentleness in our healing.

Whatever you are being challenged with, know that even what feels hard can be healing, if we let it be what it is and take the time it needs. This episode I’m sharing what I’ve been challenged with and how I’m moving with flow.

All about why now is the time to be yourself and do what you want to do, without judgment or rush of what isn’t.
Discussing why now, what ‘artist of life’ means to me, coming across a new friend, and how I’ve moved more like water.
