Let this episode be a reminder to anyone in chronic pain (of any kind: physical, mental, or emotional) and feeling alone and hopeless, of the need for rest and something a little girl reminded me of ... the power of play and believing.

Sharing my recent physical healing journey and how it reminded me of, The Middle Way, how life is often found in the grey. It's not black or white, but, hell, so much color. That the 'being' is in the doing and not doing, taking control and letting go of what we can't control. How finding both can offer more ease and gentleness in our healing.

There is magic in the world and in us, if we look and if we believe. But moreso, if we harness it, it can heal us and the world around us. Always believe. I do.

After decades of living the pessimistic and cynical life, I found a new lens of light in the midst of a pandemic. And I wanted to talk about why positivity and why now, recorded especially on a tiresome and trying day.
