Jim Culleton is a Dublin-based theatre director and artistic director of the Olivier Award-winning Fishamble: The New Play Company. For Fishamble, he has directed productions of new plays which have toured throughout Ireland, UK, Europe, Australia and the US. He has also directed for the Abbey Theatre, and for many theatre companies internationally. But Jim started out as an actor needing to find a way to build his business so he could do exactly what he envisioned doing as an artist true to his craft, and Fishamble was a byproduct of his commitment to his work.
