A visual diet is what you consume with your eyes. All day, every second your eyes are open, you're consuming a visual diet. In this episode we're discussing how your environment affects your mental AND physical wellbeing.

It's our role as artists to contribute to everyone's visual diet: in their homes as decoration, their cities as murals and their clothes as fashion. Making objects beautiful isn't as trivial as society says -- especially not according to the science.
