There are a few important things I have learned since I started my healing and growing journey. I have learned that 'no' is an acceptable answer, in order to keep moving, physical movement is needed, no matter how much I want to quit, quitting is not an option. I have reminded myself I have made it this far, and that is something to be proud of because I could still be on square one. And lastly, whatever the haters say is just noise, they aren't willing to change, so they can't judge me.
