As per our conversation with Sebastian Robertson, today we explore shifting industries, start-up culture and keeping your mindset focused. From fin services, to mental health, to now drone technology – he's got a lot to say and some great advice to offer.  

Seb started Batyr in 2010 – a social enterprise focused on the engagement and education of young people in the mental health space. He remains active in the organisation as its Chairman. In 2016, he co-founded BIRDI, a drone technology platform and is currently it's CEO.

As per our conversation with Vicki Condon AM, today we explore her journey in completely restarting her career at age 40 and building the Raise Foundation - a leading Not For Profit organisation aimed at improving youth wellbeing and engagement through early intervention mentoring programs in schools and communities. 

Vicki deems it a "mid-life crisis", but we think her story is pretty inspirational. Vicki's tenacity and passion excites us as we talk about pursuing work you love, just giving it go and the power of the mentoring from both a mentor and mentee perspective.
