i personally think the USDA is kind of part of that  , if the economy goes sour and people lose their jobs, which isnt necessary, then a whole bunch of people will wind up applying for food stamps, and because they wont be able to find a job, they will wind up having to volunteer 80 hours a month to get 300 dollars in food benefits.  that is if their employer doesnt criticize their work so bad , that the employer gets the persons food benefits cancelled.

i think it will start with migrants then it will be like the more vulnerable americans, then all of the people who are not so vulnerable they wont like that you are there either even though it will take time but they will get rid of you eventually i think
