i think it has to do with the jesuits. not sure how the perverted nba is going to get along with jesuits.  kind of nasty  maybe the jesuits are also perverted   but now that i think about    i think the jesuits   used to predominantly to help latin america    but maybe they switched to african americans 

maybe this is how they keep people from moving here.  there are some shady things happening here
