sometimes i feel like i am from a different timeline because i swear i remember the u.s. took a huge loan from china in the past. but the internet says the u.s. did not do that.

i once had a debt and was able to settle it for 50% off.  and i paid the balance.   can the u.s. settle 36 trillion.  come on dont starve the people.  its only 100 billion a year.
