the thing about mexico saying sending cartels to the u.s. for their own security means they dont understand how dependent they are on the u.s. 

i dont think trump or people like that will ever deal with the kind of conflicts other americans deal with socially.  i think there are definitely problems between african americans, latinos, others in the same category  but there are also other races of people with their own conflict   there are social problems amongst african americans alone, latinos alone   but there are also problems between african americans, latinos who speak spanish, similar people who do not speak spanish
