I have been a CEO three times and have led each company to a sale.

I’ve built, led, raised capital for, built, and managed boards of directors, and sold companies across multiple stages of growth, from early-stage startups to large-scale organizations.

My approach to coaching is grounded in real-world experience, offering CEOs and senior leaders the strategies and insights they need to drive growth and success while maintaining balance.
