Welcome back to another episode on As The Rotor Turns! This is going to be another 2-part episode. We went for a couple of hours on this one and we have a lot of good news to share with everyone. We'll bring you up to speed on the upcoming Helicopter Search & Rescue Indoctrination dates, let you know about some of the upcoming classes, some great news about our helicopter search and rescue team, and of course, we are doing a movie review! This week we review "Falling Down"!
Thank you everyone for your continued support! We appreciate it, and we appreciate you!
Cheers!
Welcome back to another episode on As The Rotor Turns! Today, we pay homage to DMX. We did our usual thing, but we made sure to take advantage of this time and dedicate an episode to one of the most recognizable rappers in the world. We use the movie to segway into a few topics that are always worth talking about; mental health, tactical medicine, and school shootings. Also, we are extremely grateful for your continued support! We cannot possibly thank our listeners enough, but thank you, thank you, and thank you!
Drink 'em if you got 'em! Cheers!

We're back with another episode on As The Rotor Turns! We missed last weekend due to some technical difficulties so we were pretty excited to get back into the flow of things. Also, this will be a two-part episode. We recorded for almost two and a half hours and felt the need to break up the episode. This is the first part, and the second part will come out later this week. We will still have a new episode airing this Saturday. With that being said, don't be surprised when the episode ends with a "Matt Damon".
In this episode Carlos lets listeners know how 10 people will get to take our Air Medical Class and Critical Care Transport Academy for free! The details are in the episode and it's surprisingly easy to become one of those 10 people. The first 5 of those 10 will also get to attend our SAR INDOCTRINATION later in the fall for free.
And there are some great little medical gems in this one too, so pay attention. We made an effort to start with the medical stuff...cause you know what happens when we don't.....
Thank you all for your support, enjoy the episode!
Welcome back to another episode! Today on As The Rotor Turns, Carlos, Trish, and Ryan begin with a little update on the reformatting of the usual episode style. We're still pretty new to this and we're finding our delivery and making little tweaks here and there. For starters...Ryan has made it clear that no one is allowed to serve him a drink unless he asks for it...or else there won't be any audio...we saw and heard what happened last week haha. So now we're focusing on including more medical topics, getting a little more organized, and finding new ways to keep our listeners engaged with fresh new content.
And as usual, Ryan gives his review on a movie that the rest of the planet has seen, but somehow fell off his radar on his way to adulthood. This week's movie was an absolute thriller too. Definitely one worth watching again. This was Edward Norton's debut movie......any guesses? Don't worry we'll just tell ya.......PRIMAL FEAR! So, grab your drinks if you got em, get some pen and paper to take some notes, and let's dooo ittttt!
Welcome back to another episode on As The Rotor Turns! This episode is the first of many to have a video to go along with it. You can still listen like normal, but if you'd like to see the video, head on over to the Patreon Page. Also, There were some technical difficulties that led to missed content and sound issues You will notice that as you are listening, there is a much better quality that was recorded properly, and then you will notice a couple of spots where the audio is not so great. The podcast also gets cut short and the end wasn't recorded. We apologize for the mishap. Ryan has decided to only drink at his pace from now on, and not anybody else's.
Welcome back to As The Rotor Turns! In this Episode, Carlos, Trish, and Ryan share their thoughts about a particular video that was suggested by Carlos. Up until now, we have been disclosing the name of the movie that we are going to review during the episode. But we are going to keep this one a mystery. This episode is a little different than most. Ryan starts off pretty drunk and rambles off on a few psycho-babble tangents. Trish kept her mic. And Carlos gracefully herds the two. Thanks for showin' up. Cheers!
Justin did pee in a man's drysuit.
Welcome back to As The Rotors Turns! In this episode, Carlos, Trish, and I (Ryan) don't get much accomplished....but we sure had a ton of fun. We do, however, bring everyone up to speed on a few events we've got coming up, we touch on a few flight medicine topics, suicide prevention and awareness, zombies, honesty, and leadership. We have a great time every time that we record, but this was one for the books. If you're in for a great laugh with a splash of learning, we think you'll enjoy it just as much as we did. Maybe. And let us not forget the movie review! Howard Stern, if you're reading this, thank you.
So, drink 'em if you got 'em. Cheers!
Welcome back to another episode on As The Rotor Turns. In this episode, Carlos and Ryan talk some more about the upcoming Critical Care Competition on October 2nd, some business current events, and Ryan's Movie Review on "American Psycho" which Carlos follows up with some psychiatric patient care bombs. So, drink 'em if you got 'em, and enjoy the episode. Cheers!
