As We Wait

Jeff Ford, Baptist Collegiate Ministries minister at Valdosta State University, sits down to discuss how disciplines play a vital role in the Christian life and encourage young believers to pursue them.

Sit down and join Emily and Pate Council as they discuss Pate's interest in church history, and how it can be used to strengthen one's faith.

During this episode Emily and previous guest, Logan, discuss what Scripture has to say about difficulties, and how it should shape our response.

In the second part of the podcast featuring Will Cook, Emily and Will discuss how we should pray, the motivators of prayer, and--in a side tangent--how God uses distressing times to sovereignly bring people to Him.

Join Emily and Will Cook, pastor over the student ministry at Perimeter Road Baptist, as they delve into the importance and practicalities of quiet time, which Will wisely describes as private worship of God.

This week, Emily discusses holding one's self accountable to the demands of the faith, as well as other believers.

Emily Denby is joined by a guest, Logan Shade, to discuss their testimonies of knowing God and address when and why Christians should share what God has done in their lives.
