Happy Winter Solstice!

Asato Ma Free Meditation is a present for you! This is a time of gift-giving and light sharing, so I wanted to share this sacred and beloved mantra with you.  It says: “lead me from darkness to light.” Part 1 of this podcast explains the mantra and give a little bit of practice chanting it with me on the harmonium.
