The media is annoying me and here is why.

Unsurprisingly, my life was interrupted by this virus.  It's far too vast a topic to be contained in one episode so I thought we will consider this part 1.  Our conversation can evolve with the times we are in.

Empaths have been a trending topic in the media in recent years.  I feel this sensationalism is harmful to the individuals as it promotes unhealthy ways of being.  This episode gives my thoughts on the matter and how to be a healthy happy empath!
