This week's episode was recorded while we hosted a Habitat for Humanity panel build in the parking lot at Moser corporate HQ in Indianapolis. Moser Consulting has partnered with Habitat for Humanity for many years and today, similar to last year, we have several interviews for you. We talk with our Chief Administrative Officer, Paula Moser, to find out more about why Moser Consulting does this type of event and how we partner with Habitat for Humanity every year. Then we speak with Amy and Mona from Habitat for Humanity about the process for obtaining a home through Habitat. Then, you'll hear from LaKesha, today's homeowner, who explains how her process has gone and the feeling of finally seeing her dream come to life.

Data & Analytics Team Manager Rick Clemons joins us this week to talk about STEM activities for kids. Rick is the Co-Founder of Techucate, an Indianapolis-based group dedicated to promoting technical education through means of easy-to-learn course work that encourages innovation and inspiration, for the empowerment of the Indianapolis community of tech-focused learners, with a focus on increasing technical programs that target black and brown communities.

We've got a bit of a tongue twister this week as we have the Team Manager of the Managed Services Team, Chadd Wheat, joining us to discuss critical skills that are sometimes overlooked or forgotten when the topic of IT comes up. Today's nerds are out of the basement and able to withstand full sunlight. We've even managed to conquer conversations that involve eye contact. In fact, we're in charge of a lot of things now. So the cliche of dark holes covered in Cheeto dust and Mountain Dew can officially be retired. (But we still like Cheetos and Mountain Dew...they are delicious "SOMETIMES snacks").

Becky Luth joins us this week to explain that while you can't spell Project Manager without the word NAG, a PM's job is much more focused on accountability and the free flow of information to all involved parties. We also learn to decipher some of those initials we see behind our colleagues' names as we discuss the various certification options that are available for professional training and growth.
