Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Because of His great love and rich mercy, God made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions; it is by grace you have been saved. He also raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

The day of the Lord will come like a thief; therefore, live holy and godly lives as you await the new heaven and new earth.

Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly, we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.
