The Journey of Unconditional Love… 
Unconditional love being the truest form of Love. 
We are all so free and need to honor that more in eachother.
And it all starts with the love you have for YOU. Unconditional Love is the backbone. Unconditional love IS true love. True love is boundless, true love is freedom.. It is loving each person in your life for exactly where they are, and honoring that. When you truly love someone you want to set them free.. you want to see them fly. All beings deserve this sense of freedom. Love is the most beautiful, purest form of existence. Be in love with who you are, be in love with every being in your life… be in love with the sun, the moon, the trees, the waters, Be in love with creation… and watch how it ripples out into every connection you have in your life. There is no such thing as an “Ex” we are all brothers and sisters and its time we start treating each other as such. These bodies don’t last forever, and while we are privileged enough to experience life in this way, we should be radiating in love! Sharing our precious hearts with all.. Unconditional Love for all.

We all know they exist... and its not always pleasant! But there is a way to approach these people from a place of love! And it all starts with having compassion for all. I share my experiences with you, and how i've gotten to a place of space holding for negative energies, or as i like to call them... energy vampires :) 
Understanding how important communication is, and also knowing how to send people love, even when they only have hateful things to say.... Heres an important message:
An unhealed person can find offense in pretty much anything someone does. A healed person understands that the actions of others has absolutely nothing to do with them. Each day you get to decide which one you will be.
