"Send us your prayer intentions"

In this episode of Jesus, You Take Over, we reflect on Ash Wednesday, the doorway into Lent and a powerful invitation to return to God. Marked with ashes and the words, “Remember that you are dust,” we’re reminded of our need for mercy and the hope found in repentance.

We begin in dust, but through Christ, we journey toward resurrection. It’s never too late to come home.

A Prayer for Ash Wednesday

Lord, You formed us from the dust. You breathed life into us. When we turned away, You did not abandon us. Mark us this Lent with true repentance. Teach us to fast from sin. Teach us to hunger for You. Give us the courage to return with all our hearts. And lead us, through the cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen.
