What do you do while feeling tired? We live in a world full of demands, and it can consume us if we allow it. It is important to take care of you in order to maintain your lifestyle. Whether that is taking time off of work, treating yourself, taking a nap, remaining still, etc. Seek those things in life that help you deal with your day to day. 😊

Lately, I have been in the season of not forcing those relationships. It's either you mess with me or you don't.

During what time you find yourself wanting to contact someone you know deep down you probably shouldn't communicate with? How do you stop the urge of wanting to call someone you shouldn't call?
