In this episode, we heard from Janice Chia, head of the Ageing Asia Innovation Forum annual event where the theme for 2024 was “Redefining Care - Activating Communities of the Future.” Some of the real solutions exhibiting at the show are McLean (providing ways through which aging adults can receive the care they need even in remote areas (and even within 24 hours - and in some cases one hour), and Alphind - which uses a blend of empathy and pragmatism to leverage information systems and health apps across health and wellness ecosystems worldwide - a big idea that is within reach now due to AI.
