The Business Boys now have a Business Team!

As the Business Boys dust off the old podwebs and get back into making some sweet, sweet audio, they also share some of their perspectives on how things are going in downtown Edmonton. People are coming back to offices and the place is moderately bumping. They also talk about braising, baking and food in general. And, in true Business Boy fashion, they tease some exciting announcements for Adverb coming next month.

Maintaining a sometimes-weekly podcast can be challenging at the best of time. Throw a sick loved one into the mix and it's damn near impossible. Adam's been taking some time off while his dad was in hospice care. Unfortunately, his dad passed away on March 13th. So the business boys share a little bit about how this affected them, their business, and what it means for Adverb to provide support to team members.

At Adverb Communications, we love snacks. We can't get through an afternoon without something sweet or salty poured into our mouths. We also like putting our lives in mortal danger, apparently. Jeff McLean is one of Canada's leading advertising creatives. If you've lived in Canada in the last 20 years, you've seen his work: like Pride Tape? Orbitz?? Jeff's one of Adverb's great early supporters; he designed our logo and business cards. So when he dropped by the office for a visit last week, we knew we needed to fire up the podmachine.
