Francis Xavier is the Regional Head of Disputes Resolution Group at Rajah & Tann Singapore and was appointed Senior Counsel in January 2009. He practices international commercial and treaty arbitration and litigation. Francis is recognised as a leading disputes lawyer in many rankings including ALB Asia’s Top 15 Litigators 2021. He is a Chartered Arbitrator and is on the arbitrator panels of a number of leading arbitral institutions. He is the immediate past President of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, and the immediate past global President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
