Growing up, fear was the love language spoken in my household. It wasn't about fearing or worrying about my basic needs or my parents being met, but rather about participating in activities outside those four walls. Even seemingly natural activities, like walking to a friend's house, would become the subject of elaborate dissertations about all the potential dangers I might encounter. I could get hit by a car while crossing the street, be kidnapped by a stranger, or simply get lost. From a young age, I was unconsciously programmed to live in fear of everything and everyone, to believe that stepping beyond my front door meant stepping into danger. This constant fear was like a blockage in my soul grid, preventing me from living in my natural state of being and expressing my soul's genius.
I thought I'd done much inner work to overcome the unconscious joylessness I carried within me until I met an unexpected teacher. My partner and I decided to get our boating licenses and needed to complete an on-water certification. I was prepared to feel anxious about being in charge of a vessel. As I was performing one of the test requirements, the captain said, "Relax, boating is meant to be fun and a place to feel free. Of course, you want to take it seriously, but you can't let your overthinking and fear outweigh the joy of it." Boom! That comment hit me like a wave. I asked him, "How do I relax, then?" He replied, "When you're relaxed, you can be present and respond to any dangers that might arise." At that moment, it was like watching a video montage of my life, seeing all the moments that could have been fun but that I chose to be uncomfortable and worry through it sit out because I didn't have the emotional and mental energy to invest. It was a sign that I needed to clear the fear blockage from my soul grid.
The Lesson: Shifting from Fear to Freedom and Unlocking Your Soul's Genius
The captain's words were a wake-up call. I realized I'd been letting fear hold me back for far too long. As a personal inner investigator, I asked myself how I could shift from this mindset and clear the blockages in my soul grid on a deeper level. Here are some lessons I've learned on my journey from fear to freedom:
It's time to break free from fear-based living and unlock your soul's genius. You can clear the blockages in your soul grid and live a life of presence, joy, and freedom. You can start your journey today.
Description: Discover how to overcome the patterns of holding back and fully embody your unique gifts and talents. Learn practical steps to embrace your divine genius and live a soul-fulfilling life.
Content:
Do you feel a burning calling within you, a unique message, gift, or craft that sets your soul ablaze with purpose? Or have you been holding back, dimming your light to fit in, or seeking approval? Holding back is a form of self-betrayal, often rooted in the illusion of separation and the fear of not being enough. It's a pattern that can prevent you from fully embodying your divine genius and living the soul-fulfilling life that's your birthright.
When you withhold your gifts, you deprive the world of the love and value you could provide and deny yourself the opportunity to grow, shine, and make a meaningful impact. Your unique talents and perspectives are a part of your sacred essence, and suppressing them can lead to feelings of unfulfillment and disconnection from your true self.
But how do we break free from this pattern of holding back? The first step is recognizing how we displace our energy onto distractions that prevent us from facing our fears and fully believing in our divine worth. Common displacement patterns include:
Procrastination: Endless distraction by social media, busyness, or escapist behaviors.
Comparison: Constantly measuring yourself against others, feeling like you're not good enough.
Perfectionism: The quest for perfection as a mask for the fear of imperfection and judgment.
It's time to transcend these displacement patterns and face what's holding you back. Your divine genius is a gift, not just to you but to the world. By embracing your uniqueness and sharing your talents boldly, you'll find greater purpose and soul satisfaction and inspire others to do the same.
So, what's been holding you back? What message, gift, or craft has been burning inside you, waiting to be expressed? What distractions have you used to displace your energy and avoid leaping?

Takeaways
Clarity to Consciousness is a podcast aimed at beginners on their spiritual journey, providing valuable insights and teachings from various guests.
Anyone has the capability to practice mediumship and connect with the spiritual realm, but it requires dedication, commitment, and the ability to tune in to the frequency.
When seeking a medium, it is important to listen to your gut, ask for referrals, and have a clear intention for the session.
Mediumship and speaking with angels intersect in the sense that they are both part of a divine network of support, but they serve different purposes and offer different perspectives.
Living life fully and without fear is essential, as our loved ones on the other side encourage us to embrace joy and not be held back by self-imposed limitations. Lower vibrational entities are attracted to light, so it is important to maintain spiritual hygiene and protect one's energy.
Personal vibration and discernment are crucial when connecting with spirits to avoid negative or false energies.
Using Ouija boards is not recommended as they can invite unwanted entities and negative experiences.
Trusting oneself and one's intuition is key in developing mediumship abilities.
Mediums may perceive spirits through feelings, images, or thoughts rather than seeing them with their physical eyes.

In this episode of "Ask Colleen Spiritual Solutions for Life Situations," Colleen St. Michaels addresses the common struggle of feeling insecure, envious, and self-doubting as a new spiritual practitioner. She emphasizes the importance of recognizing that no one is your competition and that jealousy stems from personal insecurities. Colleen advises practitioners to do inner shadow work, acknowledge their feelings, and release them. She also encourages practitioners to focus on doing work that brings them joy and fulfillment. By blessing others' success, practitioners can attract abundance into their own lives.
Key Takeaways:
No one is your competition: Recognize that no one else's success diminishes your own. By viewing others as competition, you are giving away your power and limiting your own potential.
Addressing jealousy and envy: Take the time to do an inner audit and explore the root causes of these emotions. Write out your experiences of jealousy and envy without judgment, allowing yourself to release these feelings.
Stay in your lane: Focus on doing the work that brings you joy and fulfillment. Avoid comparing yourself to others and instead celebrate their successes while staying true to your own path.
Bless your competitors: Instead of harboring negative feelings towards others in your field, send them blessings. By doing so, you are also inviting blessings into your own life.
Do the inner work: Recognize that feelings of insecurity and self-doubt are normal, but they can be addressed through shadow work and self-reflection. Take the time to understand and heal these aspects of yourself.
