Many times we feel as though we are praying wrong or God will not answer our prayers. This can make it hard for us to want to pray. As Pastor Jon says, "What is the point of prayer if we don't believe we are going to receive?" Prayer is not complicated, so when we pray we must expect God to answer! Our reluctance to obey God's instructions often hinder the blessings and promises He wants to give us. Prayer does not work if you aren't asking in accordance with God's word so before you pray be sure that God's word covers what you are believing for!
