What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus Christ? Thankfully, Jesus Himself answers this question emphatically.

Luke 9:23 tells us to:

Deny.

Die.

Follow.

To be a disciple of Christ is the choice to daily to renew our mind with God’s Word, crucify our flesh, and killing off our old self and our old ways.

Following Christ means:

I can not do what I want!

I can not say what I want!

I can not live how I want!

All for Christ, to live is death, to die is gain

Pride will tell you that you’re good, that you don’t have anything you need to let go of. Pride will be the death of many.

Refuse to live in self absorbed comfort, accept the command of sacrifice, and watch the fullness of life God will bring to you!

Behold!

Arrest your mind, fix your eyes on Jesus

He was the lamb provided

His was the blood shed

Redemption comes through Christ blood and His blood alone

Set your eyes on Him today and trust in Him and Him alone!

The blood is enough to handle ANYTHING!!!

Faith is the pathway from where you are, to a future that you can’t currently see

Not only does it give you the strength to step forward, your faith is the stability you’ll need in the midst of uncertainties of life.

Seasons of transition are full of tension, a constant pull between what was and what is to come.

Many times, fear can become crippling, and the doubts of the enemy overwhelm the voice of God.

Joshua 1:5-11 is a resounding reminder that God’s promise of His presence is all we need to make it!!!!!

Through ups and downs, highs and lows, losses and victories, good and bad and everything in between: GOD IS WITH YOU!!!!

He has been steady for all eternity, build your faith on the foundation of His unchanging nature and confidently walk in to place God is calling you!!!!

The enemy is out there, he’s roaming around, looking for a way to get to each and every believer.

1 Peter 5:8 gives us a stern directive: be disciplined of mind and attentive of spirit.

Believers; quit opening doors and quit renting out rooms to the enemy and wondering why your life is the way it is.

The Word is your weapon.

Read the Word.

Meditate on the Word.

Clothe yourself in the armor of God, lift up a song of praise, and watch as the enemies attacks fail time and time again!

NOTHING in life changes until you get FED UP! 

So many of the prisons in our life are created by our own unwillingness to confront what the enemy has sent to distract. 

It is time for the body of Christ to rise up and say: NOT ANOTHER DAY

Stop playing games with the devil and put him under your feet! 

Speak with authority to that distraction of the enemy!

Rejoice in the goodness of the Lord despite your circumstance and watch the chains break and freedom reign!!!!!
