On this episode of the Chic Hippie Podcast, CH (the host) is answering listeners’ questions about how she conquers her fears and overcomes negative criticisms.  All individuals experience fear and negative criticism.  Thus, CH encourages listeners to continue creating their own paths despite their personal insecurities or others’ disapproval.  She suggests using positive affirmations, exercise, journaling, and meditation as tools to restore confidence.  She also reminds listeners to be kind to themselves.  No one is perfect.  It is normal for everyone to experience both numerous successes and failures throughout life.  Every experience provides an opportunity to learn, expand and change.  So, it may be worth it to face the fear and take a risk.
