The USDA announced that it's canceling agreements for the Local Food Purchase Assistance Program and other food buys for food banks around the country. This could cause massive challenges for food banks in North Texas as well as the rest of the nation. Cities around the country have a lot of empty police uniforms to fill, and the problems are getting worse. The trend has gone on for at least the last five years.
