On Ask Win today (Monday, July 23, 2018), Best-Selling Author, Win C welcomes Danielle Coulter. Danielle was born with Cerebral Palsy. At the age of 20, Danielle decided to write her bio so people can hear her story. A lot of Danielle's friends have been putting a bug in her ear to write a book for years; one-day things just clicked into place and Danielle started writing. Danielle first book is called If Dan Can Shred, You Can Too. Danielle want to share her stories and adventures to inspire you to stand up and follow your dreams whether you have a disability or not. Danielle have overcome so many obstacles in her life, and now she have overcome the biggest one- typing. As Danielle was growing up it was hard for her to read and write. When Danielle was writing short stories in school she looked at a blank page for a long time because she was scared to misspell words, but Danielle learned that it is okay to misspell words and to just keep typing away. Danielle is happy that she got over that so she could share her story with you and have you hear her real voice. No obstacle is too big a wall; one day, you will break it down. On Ask Win today (Monday, July 23, 2018), Best-Selling Author, Win C welcomes Joshua Shea. Joshua seemingly had it all. A loving wife, two children, and a supportive extended family. In 2010, he launched a lifestyle magazine in his hometown. Within a year, he was one of the founders of Central Maine's largest film festival and had won a seat on his City Council. Accolades, including receiving the Key to the City and being called one of the "Next 10 People Shaping Maine's Economy" by a state newspaper followed. While the public got one picture of Shea, behind closed doors, his longtime mental health and addiction issues were festering. A workaholic by nature, he actively ignored the red flags surrounding his long-existing pornography and alcohol problems. Finding it easier to lose himself in a bottle of tequila and adult websites, Shea's relationships with his family, colleagues, and friends grew distant. His business ventures began to collapse. Life as he knew it came to a screeching halt when he was arrested on a charge of underage pornography possession in 2014. Shea was convicted and served six months in jail in early 2016. Following his arrest, he sought help and treatment through intense one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and at inpatient rehab facilities. He has been sober almost four years. Bothered at the lack of quality resources and open discussion around the topic of pornography addiction, Shea is now sharing with the public his experience with the addiction in the hope he can help people to not head down the same road that he did. Shea recounts the last several years of his life leading up to his legal trouble and how his poor judgment and bad decision making led to a life he never thought was possible. Posting writing of  her personal experience with a TBI and PTSD for others with Mental Health issues to gain support.  She also posts on her Twitter accounts those of Survivors of Child Abuse, Incest, Depression, Anxiety, BiPolar, Rape, and others.  She is using her Twitter account to raise awareness and inspiration on all issues that serve the communities. By the end of the year she became part of the 10% that are homeless.  Describing her thought process during that time, and her journey to return to a life with her family as a survivor.  The struggles she faced with the TBI and PTSD is what many suffer when being diagnosed with a Mental Health issue.  The stigma attached to PTSD, Mental Health and Abuse is being addressed online.  She is hoping to raise awareness talking online, joining with survivors, and possibly starting a Podcast of her own to talk about these issues.
