We enrich the lives of adults with developmental disabilities through community activities, community involvement and onsite structured activities and fun! We provide multitudes of benefits through Mountain Valley Developmental Services such as onsite medical support, behavioral support, and expression and advocacy for all individuals. Ryan have been working here for almost 9 months and he have 6 staff members within the day program. Ryan’s goal is to positively impact the lives of all individuals and enrich our participants through sensory experiences, structure, community involvement and self-advocacy. Ryan was originally from West Virginia and have worked at other Non-profit Organizations in the past. Ryan like to play the guitar in his spare time and go hiking in the mountains on the weekends. Ryan worked as a Direct Service Provider for a different organization also serving adults with developmental disabilities and got promoted to be a job coach within the organization.
