I find so many people won't ask for help when comes to parenting or needing help with their kids. When we find ourselves drowning and need just a few seconds to ourselves!! It's OK to ask for help.

I am an empowerment boudoir photographer who teaches and coaches all sizes and genders how to love themselves. I wanted to change the way I see myself, I wanted to love my rolls and cellulite. Change the way I parent, work on my mental health, setting healthy boundaries with toxic family and going no contact with them.
