Removing people from your life isn't easy. It's not something you just decide to do overnight. You set boundaries and ask to be respected. The loss of a loved one who is still alive is the hardest. I recently had to have a conversation with my children about morning the loss of their family members who are very much still alive. Teaching my children what good relationships look like with the home, friendships, and other family. That when they set boundaries, they need to stick to them. Breaking a cycle of generations of parenting and mental health! The importance of healing and forming better relationships.
Mourning people whonare alive, living their life as if you didn't exist and your feeling ment nothing. It's time to move on and build a life without them.

Jillian talks about her journey of having to re-event her buiness under a different name, her relationship with her family, juggling her life with children and her business. Re-eventing ourselves after doing something we love and had built our lives around isn't easy. Having a business name for so long, makes it hard to change that name and break away from a franchise after being known as that name for so long. Jillian served 4 years in the air force and became has bee a Sonographer for over 17years, later she bought into a Baby Ultrasound franchise, opening up a center in Eau Claire, WI. Years later she opened up a second location and ran two locations 4 hrs apart from each other. This year she decided to leave the franchise of 10 year and go on her own so she could do more Medical diagnostic imaging, downsizing to just one location and offering many other options for her clients. She shares her struggles to re-event her self and build her business under a different name along with her biggest failures as a business owner.

My mental health has been my top priority lately and I have been working super hard on it! I have seen so many people on TikTok doing Ice baths in cold water to help with depression, anxiety and even their metabolism. I have a beautiful pond on our property and I decided to talk cold baths in it and even got to start to swim! Make sure you consult with a Doctor before tying these and do your research!

Loving someone isn't easy, going no contact with a loved one due to a toxic relationship is harder. I recently lost someone who I had gone no contact with. I talk about how I removed my Parents, siblings and many loved ones from my life. How Important setting boundaries is and following through even during a death in the family. My mental health improved and my relationships with my children and husband are so much better!

The truth is we all make mistakes!! You know me I am real! So let's be honest! I totally screwed up yesterday! Thomas had his Birthday celebration at school and I spaced sending treats with him. I should know better with 4 siblings before him. It's just common sense but it happened and I felt horrible. I cried, I apologized. Yep, right there in the kitchen after he told me I missed his Birthday celebration at school and didn't bring treats. Sobing I looked right at him and said "I am sorry buddy." It wasn't easy to own up to my crap. I made it up to him by making homemade cupcakes. I felt like a horrible mom. I'm human! Instead of allowing it to take over my week I stood up and allowed myself to feel all that pain and cry it out. I took action and fixed the issue as much as I could even though his day was over but today was OK too. He went to school with a big smile and excepted my apologies. I wanted to blame someone, but I couldn't. I have don't that far to many times and today I took ownership and grew as a person. We l make mistakes and have crappy weeks. How will you own up to it and apologize for your doings and fix it?
