In this episode, we will address a question regarding rental strategies revolving student accommodation.  As property investors, we would forecast the profile of tenants for the particular property before investing in it. The more options of tenants a property has, the higher the potential for rental returns.  The tenant profiles then dictates the strategy for furnishings as well.
