They are thinking of selling their existing house within the city center, they use that money to buy a property outskirt. Also, they have the stigma of buying a new property directly from developer as their first project got abandoned.
Well this totally brings up my point for landed all these while. Only when we are around 40s, we will have clarity of the things we like and the lifestyle we truly want.
