Getting in debt is never the worst problem, it's definitely not worth taking one's life. This episode got really intense as this audience just got out of bankruptcy and he is really pushing himself a lot.
My suggestion would be to first get the mindset right in expecting this problem to only resolve within years to come, never instantly. Then I strongly suggest him to get himself educated on the available financing facilities in the market. But lastly is to have patience and rush into anything before getting any clarity.
