These chapters are Eddard and Arya, and it's really when shit begins to go entirely left. Ned walks into the throne room completely unprotected holding up a piece of paper like a shield, and it DOES. NOT. WORK. Meanwhile, Arya has the sense to listen to Syrio Forel and run for her life, using enough foresight to sneak out of the Red Keep rather than trying to ride right out the front doors.
