I had a fantastic conversation with this week’s guest, Lynn Kavanagh. I met her probably back in 1995 or 96 when she began training to become a DJ at WONY. And let me tell you, back then she cracked me up. She still does. We talked about a life path with all kinds of twists, starting in a career in media and then twisting into owning her own vegan baking business.

I think this is what may be called a "bonus" episode...but that's not the best way to frame it. Better, I think, to say I’m diverging from the usual format. Themes of living and dying are heavy in my heart this week, and I feel compelled to tell you this story.
