A quick introduction to the podcast, why I'm are doing it and where the idea came from. 

This podcast is a learning space for anyone wishing to move into a leadership position, it’s also a fantastic opportunity for current leaders, to develop their leadership style and it’s a space for the guests to reflect on their success, while sharing their learnings, to help accelerate yours.
 
  We will speak with leaders with varying levels of experience.  Learning what makes them tick, understanding their leadership philosophy and looking for suggestions on how to gain leadership experience before moving into the role.
