Melissa Garcia, CAE is the Associate Executive Director for the Society for Neuroscience (SfN). Having spent her career at SfN in seven different roles, Melissa has worked across several functions including meeting programming and education, process improvement, project management, association governance, scientific publications, science policy and advocacy, marketing and communications, and information technology with a focus on business development, innovation, and program expansion. She currently sits on the CESSE board, and is a 2016 recipient of Association Forum/USAE’s Forty Under 40 and Association Trends’ Young & Aspiring Professionals awards.

Sikha Singh, MHS, PMP is the Deputy Director of the Newborn Screening and Genetics program at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL). She is a results-oriented public health leader and certified project management professional with extensive knowledge in maternal and child health, molecular technologies and public health preparedness and response. Has been a member of the ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP), has been recognized as an Association Forum Forty under 40 honoree in 2019, and was named to the 2014 ASAE NextGen Class.

Mike Moss has been an association professional since 1992, Mike has served in multiple organizations with responsibilities in membership, strategy, operations, and certification. An avid gardener, he enjoys spending as much time as possible outside with his family and their ridiculously cool dog, Annie.

Jose Segarra, MNA, CAE obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications from Loyola University in Chicago, a master's degree in nonprofit management from North Park University and earned his certified association executive CAE designation from the American Society of Association Executives. Jose is currently an accountant executive for Bostrom, an association management firm and is an Association Forum board member.
